This notice explains how TresAlly, LLC ("TresAlly", "we") handles personal information collected through this website. If you have a question, email info@tresally.com.

Who is responsible

TresAlly, LLC is responsible for the personal information described in this notice. You can reach us at info@tresally.com.

What this notice does not cover

This notice covers this website only. When a business uses TresAlly products or services, such as gates, cameras, wearables or location features, that business decides how personal information is used and is responsible for its own notices and consents. We handle that information under our agreement with that business. If you are a guest or employee of one of those businesses, please contact them first.

What we collect

Information you give us. When you send an enquiry or request a quote, we collect your first and last name, work email, company and phone number if you provide them, your starting point or the product you asked about, how you would like to work with us, and whatever you write in your message. First name, email and your message are required so we can reply, and the rest is optional. If you choose not to give us the required details, we cannot respond through the form, but you can email us instead. If you email us directly, we receive your email address and whatever your message contains.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, this site and its service providers receive technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, and the time of your visit. Your IP address can indicate your general location.

Please do not send sensitive information. The enquiry form is not intended for health, biometric or other sensitive personal information.

Cookies and similar technologies

Our website platform uses cookies and browser storage that it needs to deliver the site, protect it and measure how well it is running. These include session and security cookies (client-session-bind, server-session-bind), a performance cookie (ssr-caching) and a cookie used to measure system effectiveness (bSession). We do not currently use advertising cookies or retargeting. You can block or delete cookies in your browser, although parts of the site may then stop working.

Do Not Track: your browser may let you send a "Do Not Track" signal. This site does not currently change how it operates in response to that signal. We do not use advertising trackers to follow you across other companies' websites. Our service providers receive the technical information described in this notice.

How we use it

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising. We do not use it to make automated decisions that have a legal or similarly significant effect on you. We do not add you to a marketing list unless you ask us to.

If the laws of the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or similar laws apply to you, we rely on taking steps at your request before a possible contract, and on our legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries and running a secure website. We also rely on legal obligations where they apply.

Who we share it with

Each of these companies also has its own privacy notice.

International transfers

Enquiries are handled by our team in the United States, and our service providers operate in several countries. Your information may therefore be handled outside the country where you live, including in countries whose privacy laws differ from yours. Where the law requires it, we rely on appropriate safeguards for these transfers, such as contract terms with our providers. You can ask us for more information about them.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to respond and to continue any resulting discussion, and after that for as long as is reasonably needed for business records, legal obligations or a possible dispute. We then delete them or remove what identifies you.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect personal information, and this site is delivered over an encrypted connection. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete personal information we hold about you by emailing info@tresally.com. We will review and respond to your request. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to object to or limit how we use it, to receive a copy, to withdraw consent where we rely on it, and to appeal our decision. We will not treat you differently for exercising your rights. We may need to confirm your identity first, and in some cases the law lets us keep certain information or decline a request.

You can also complain to your local privacy regulator or data protection authority.

Children

This website is for businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16 through this site. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

This site may link to other websites. Their owners are responsible for their own privacy practices.

Changes to this notice

If we change this notice, we will post the new version on this page and update the effective date above. If a change is significant, we will make that clear on this page before it takes effect.
